Mark Stretch, to his credit, reminded us of the importance of Remembrance day, so we sent him to the canteen to turn off all the lights as we spent a moment reflecting on the significance of Remembrance Day.
So he studied the power board and in true Mark tradition (think of the other Mark aka Scruffy) we knew there could be a problem -Stretch says’ That’ll be easy’ to turn off the power. So off go the lights as we reflect -but a row of lights were still on -and he was scrambling to find the right switch. Now it was time to continue the coaching session so wew ask him to turn the lights back on and we only have 1/2 the hall lit up !
Stretch says’ I will be better prepared next year !
