VALE ROY CINTOLO
It is with deep regret to advise that Roy Cintolo has passed away.
Roy was a state player and a long time Coburg pennant player. He was well known for his years as a Victorian representative team member in Open events and later as a veteran player.
The Club would like to pass on our deepest sympathy to Roy’s family.
Table Tennis: Bairnsdale’s big weekend 19th, 20th November 2022
The East Gippsland KeenAgers’ Table Tennis Event will be held on Saturday November 19th; the East Gippsland Table Tennis Tournament will be held on Sunday November 20th.
Both events are held at the Bairnsdale Squash and Table Tennis Centre, 64 Great Alpine Road, Bairnsdale, Vic 3875.
Entries close next Friday, November 11th, 2022.

Polo Shirts: This is the first time we’re looking at placing an order for polo shirts. Please note that the supplier has stipulated a Minimum Order Quantity of 15 for us to be able to place the order.

The Coburg Spin
Hi Members,
The club member survey conducted in March 2021 found that 70% of club members were satisfied or very satisfied with club communications. There were 23% (16 members) neither satisfied or unsatisfied and 7% (5 members) unsatisfied. In response, the club has decided to launch The Coburg Spin, a periodic newsletter that will improve communications between the committee and club members.

COVID-19 CASE – CTTC, SATURDAY 15/01/2022, 11.00AM TO 1.00PM
Dear Members,
For your information, the Club was advised that a coach at last Saturday’s coaching between 11am and 1pm has since tested positive for COVID-19. Accordingly those players who were in close contact with this coach last Saturday have been contacted and advised to get tested, and or monitor for any COVID-19 symptoms.
According to Dept. of Health guidelines everyone else who attended the Club last Saturday morning are considered to be at low risk to catch COVID-19. However if you do show any signs of COVID-19 symptoms please get tested.
When visiting the Club please continue to wear a mask while not playing table tennis as required by Health regulations.

Reminder – Club AGM Monday 17/01/2022, 7:30pm

Just a reminder that our Club annual general meeting for financial members is to be held this Monday 17/01/2022, 7:30pm, in room 10 at the Club.
If you cannot attend in person and wish to attend the meeting on Zoom, please let me know before the weekend and I will forward you the meeting link.
